Medico-legal Examinations and Assessments

Dr Lindall is listed on the UK Register of Expert Witnesses

He provides independent medical assessment services to Lawyers and Insurance Companies for claimants involved in Personal Injury cases and provides in excess of 220 medico-legal reports per annum. His range of competence being that of an experienced full time General Practitioner, and also an accredited Medical Acupuncturist.

He has undergone training in report writing and presentation.

Dr Lindall is also experienced in assessments for life and health insurance purposes, as well as fitness for employment.

He is happy to accept instructions on a Joint Instruction basis, and is also willing to hold a 10 minute telephone discussion with solicitors from whom he has received instructions on a no fee basis.

He is willing to travel to claimants who are unable to attend his surgery within North West, North and North East London, Hertfordshire and parts of Essex.
